Sandy Hoy

Sandy Hoy, the Director of Parkland Planners, has over 20 years’ experience in open space and recreation planning, community engagement, land management and environmental assessment primarily for local and State government. Sandy’s experience and qualifications in applied physical and human geography, and in urban and regional planning, enable her to understand and seek a balance between development, the needs of local communities, and the natural environment.
